I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen years
and two hundred and seventy days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one
time to 27 times and kept above 9-time push-ups for the
one year and eighth straight day.

Although there are some clouds in the blue sky, it is
sunny in Nagoya with the current temperatue of about
31 degrees, down nearly 1.5 degrees from the same time
yesterday, which makes me feel a little relieved.
After the freak typhoon #10, I have noticed that almost
all leaves on cherry trees in a park on my way to and
from my workplace have fallen to the ground.
I would like to believe this to be a sign of this year's
fall approaching.
