I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen years
and two hundred and ninety-one days in a row.
I was able to keep larger than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and twetnty-ninth consecutive day including
the latest twenty-two days of 27-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya but not scorching.
The current temperature at 8 a.m. was about 24 degrees,
down 5 degrees from the same time two days ago.
The weather has been autumnal since yesterday although
the highest temperature still reaches almost 30 degrees.
The rice plants in the paddy fields on my way to and from
my workplace have begun turning yellowish.
Autumn is sure to deepen quickly from now on.

I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen years
and two hundred and eighty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 27-time push-ups for the twentieth
successive day and above 9-time push-ups for the one
year and twenty-seventh straight day.

I was very lucky because I didn't have to wear a pair
of rain suits while I was riding my bike on my way to
the workplace in the morning.
It is now slightly raining in Nagoya with the current
temperature of 27.5 degrees, down almost 2 degrees from
the same time yesterday, but actually it is hot, which
means that it is muggy.
I am wondering if the rain might bring autumnal weather.

It has been thirteen years and two hundred and eighty-
eight days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the one year and twenty-sixth consecutive day including
the most recent nineteen days of 27-time push-ups.

It is quite cloudy in Nagoya and it looks like it is
going to start raining soon.
Just as weather ladies said this morning, the weather
is going to take a turn for the worse.
I have noticed that the leaves of the cherry trees in
a park on my way to and from my workplace have almost
completely fallen already.
The scene must be autumnal, but actually, it is still
muggy.
Actually, yesterday's highest temperature in Nagoya was
as high as 37.4 degrees.......So, I went to a shopping
mall by bus to escape from the scorching summer heat.

in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 27-time push-ups for the eighteenth
successive day and at least 10-time push-ups for the
one year and twenty-fifith straight day.

Today again, it is so beautifully sunny in Nagoya with
a few clouds in the blue sky.
Yesterday's highest temperature was 36.9 degrees and
Today's is forecast to reach 37 degrees.....OMG!
The abnormal situation where the mid-summer-like high
temperatures have persisted since the beginning of
September is truly excessive.
It would be really frightening if there were a sudden drop
in temperatures in autumn after this period of scorching heat.

It is still deadly sunny with scorching summer heat
in Nagoya with almost no clouds in the blue sky.
I have got exhausted after I walked about 40 minutes
on my way back from a Mac restaurant in the morning.
According to the latest weather information on the
Internet, the highest temperature in Nagoya will not
drop below 30 degrees until next Tuesday.
....I am really looking forward to the Tuesday.
