Thirteen years and two hundred and ninety-six days
in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
one year and thirty-fourth successive day including
the most recent two days of 28-time push-ups.

Although the road was wet with rain when I got out
of bed this morning, it had stopped raining by then.
It has been quite overcast in Nagoya and it looks
like, today again, it is going to start raining
pretty soon maybe due mainly to the typhoon #17.
The canker pain is really persistent and actually
it hurts still even now.
Anyway, I know well that time is the only medicine
for this pain.....There is no option, I'm afraid.
