Thirteen years and two hundred and sixty-eight days
in a row have passed since I was able to rid myself
of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
one year and sixth straight day including the most
recent thirteen days of 26-time push-ups.

It is now fairly sunny in Nagoya although the
typhoon #10 is lingering off the coast of the Kii
Peninsula, Wakayama prefecture.
According to the latest weather information on the
Internet, the typhoon is expected to directly hit
Nagoya maybe tomorrow.
Anyway, due to the erratic movement of the typhoon,
the weather forecast is inaccurate, but maybe,
Nagoya will have to be on alert against it.
