I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and two hundred and thirty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and two hundred and twenty-first straight day
including the most recent three days of 22-time push-ups.

It is still much too hot in Nagoya with the predicted
highest temperature of 38 degrees.
And I was very much surprised again to see that the
temperature at 8 a.m. was as high as 31.3 degrees.
I should not have gone out by bike yesterday because
the scorching heat might have undermined my health.
Anyway, I should stop physical exercise for the time being.
