Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１０ minutes


I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years and
two hundred and fifty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and fortieth successive day including
the most recent six days of 19-time push-ups.

After a very heavy rain in the middle of the night, it was
sunny in Nagoya while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace, but actually, it is getting cloudier and cloudier.
Now, it has got a little dark....it looks like it is going
to start raining pretty soon, I'm afraid.
Anyway, I have resume walking in the very near future.
