I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years
and two hundred and thirty-five days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by two
times from the previous record to 22 times, and kept
at least 10-time push-ups for the two years and two
hundred and nineteenth successive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya today again.
Although it is sometimes cloudy, it is much too hot
with incredibly humid air.
This morning's lowest temperature was as high as 27.3
degrees and I was surprised to see a piece of weather
information on TV which showed that the temperature
at 8 a.m. was 30 degrees.....OMG!
Today's scorching heat should be deadly, so I have
already decided not to do any physical exercise
except push-ups.
