I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and two hundred and forty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and thirty-second successive day
including the most recent four days of 18-time push-ups.

After the typhoon #8 has gone toward the east, it is now
sunny in Nagoya.
I feel that the deadly heat has got milder today.
It's no wonder because the current temperature is about
27 degrees, down as many as 5 degrees from the hottest
morning two weeks ago.
However, I must not let my guard down because weather
ladies say Nagoya will see some 35-degree days.
