I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven years and
two hundred and fifty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 19-time push-ups for the fourth
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the two years
and two hundred and thirty-eighth consecutive day.

It is slightly cloudy in Nagoya and sometimes sunny.
It is now quiet around here, my workplace, which means
the season of cicadas seems to have completely ended.
I may have to restart physical exercise as part of
preparation for a long-distance walking planned in late
September or early October.
I am sure that now my legs' muscle has completely been weakened.
