I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
eighty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the thirty-eighth
straight day including the latest twenty-two days of 21-time push-ups.
Completely unlike yesterday, it is very beautifully sunny in Nagoya today.
I tried increasing the length of jogging-on-the-spot by just one minute
to 17 minutes, which has mede me feel confident about a successful 4-hour
walking planned for May this year.
I went to Nagoya Agricultural Center yesterday and enjoyed the beauty
of plum blossoms though their petals have begun falling.
Now, I have to start making a plan to go cherry blossom viewing.
