Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２１ times

Walking ： ０ minutes

Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each

Cigarettes ：０ jogging-on-the-spot　：１８ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and

one hundred and seven days in a row.

I was able to resume push-ups from 21 times yesterday and jogging-on-

the-spot from 18 minutes.

Finally, the cherry trees on my way to the workplace have begun opening

their blossoms and their greeninsh buds are turning into being pinkish.

In one week, they may be in full bloom and in another week from then,

they will be falling.....a flower's life is short and especially, cherry blossoms'

life is too ephemeral.

Anyway, therefore, I have to enjoy them.
