It has been eight years and ninety-six days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by three times to 21 times
and kept greater than 9-time push-ups for the forty-eighth straight day.
It is normally sunny today in Nagoya but I felt it was very very cold
when I got up in the morning, simply because the lowest temperature
was only 1.6 degrees, which is like a February day.
Weather ladies say it will be much colder on Sunday and the highest
temperature will be 10 degrees......OMG!
Anyway, I really have to guard against catching a cold.
