I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
thirteen years and three hundred and two days in a row.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the eighth
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the one year
and fortieth consecutive day.

It is quite cloudy in Nagoya today again, but it has
not been raining since I got out of bed this morning.
The lowest temperature this morning was 19.9 degrees
at 6 a.m. and I might have had a slight cold.
That is because I have had a terrible headache since
this morning, and my voice has strated to sound a
little bit nasal and have a feeling of fatigue.
Or....I might be suffering from a kind of barometric
pressure sickness.
