It has been thirteen years and two hundred and ninty-
eight days in a row since I got rid of a bad habit of
smoking.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the third
straight day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and thirty-sixth consecutive day.

It has been beautifully sunny in Nagoya today.
It is not deadly scorching, but actually it is still
very hot with the current temperature at 12:20 of
31.4 degrees, up more than 2 degrees from the same
time yesterday.
The canker pain is still here and it hurts like a cut.
Today is already the ninth day since I got the canker
sore and I am really afraid that the mouth ulcer is
healing too slowly.
