Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２８ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for six years and three hundred and forty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the seventy-second consecutive day and
more than 15-time push-ups for the two hundred and ninety-fifth successive day.

It's cloudy and a little dark in Nagoya but actually the temperatures are around
10 degrees, so the wintry cold is milder than yesterday.
I still don't believe today is November...it must be too cold for November.
By the way, I'm challenging how long I can do without an air conditioner in my
room and an foot warmer at my workplace.
....Maybe, until today or tomorrow....I'm about to be beyond the limit of my patince.
