I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven
years and one hundred and twelve days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by
just one time to 24 times and kept greater than
9-time push-ups for the two years and ninety-
sixth straight day.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya.
I have to say that cherry blossoms on my way
to the workplace are now in full bloom.
I really want to the Yamazaki River to enjoy
the stunningly beautiful scene with hundreds
of cherry trees in full blossom, but I have
decided not to, of course, due to the pandemic.
