Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for eleven
years and one hundred and thirteen days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and ninety-seventh consecutive day
including the most recent two days of 24-time push-
ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya but it is pretty windy.
I had to wear two more items of clothing before
I left my home by bike since it was very cold.
It is no wonder because even the current temperature
is as low as 10.1 degrees.
Today may be the coldest April day I have ever had.
Anyway, I really have to be careful not to catch a cold.
