Push-ups：１８ times
Walking　：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１６ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 245 days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups and lengthen the time in
jogging-on-the-spot by just one time and one minute respectively, again.

Well, I feel today's summer heat much milder than yesterday though the
temperatures now have topped 30 degrees.
This lingering summer is in autumn of the calendar season, indeed, but
in reality, it's still deadly summer heat, so today again, let's survive.
Anyway, today again, callous people are unforgivably peaceful because
they are callous.
