Three years and one day have passed since I quit smoking.
I only did one set of 17-time push-ups yesterday but kept over one set of them
for the seventeen consecutive day.
I did a middle-distance walking for 90 minutes and a total of 120 minutes.
I walked from JR Kanayama Station to Meitetsu Ohzone Station through JR Tsurumai
and Chikusa Station along the JR Chuo Line, which took about 90 minutes, a little
shorter than I expected.
Very unfortunately, I've got a low-back pain and I should have done much more
walking and should have worn a belly warmer tie to protect against a low-back pain.
Anyway I hope the pain will disappear as soon as possible.
