I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and two hundred and fifty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the three hundred and fifty-seventh straight day
including the latest four days of 25-time push-ups.

It is deadly scorching sunny in Nagoya today again.
The current temperature is already 33 degrees,
which is higher than the same time yesterday.
I managed to walk for about 40 minutes yesterday,
and I was planning to do a walking today again, but
it would be better to stop doing one.
