I didn't do push-ups for the fifth straight day although I'm afraid my arms muscle will be
weakened, but I resumed a 7-minute standing-with-one-leg last night.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 151 days in a row.
The blood in the urine has seemingly disappeared after taking the antibiotic from a doctor.
Anyway I have to think about prevention measures agaist Boukou-en.
