Push-ups ：１８ times
Walking ：a total of ３０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１０ minutes

It has been eight years and fifty- four days in a row since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 18-time push-ups for the third straight day and
more than 9-time push-ups for the sixth conecutive day.

After a cold rain, it's greatly sunny again in Nagoya with plenty of
sunlight, but actually it's windy and very cold.
Maybe fortunately, weather ladies say that the highest temperatures
will be over 10 degrees for several days, starting from tomorrow.
Tokyo is predicted to see a day of 17 degrees.
Anyway, I'll have to be careful about the forecasted severe change in temperature.
