Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１８ times
Walking ：６４ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１０ minutes

Eight years and fifty-three days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the fifth successive
day including the most recent two days of 18-time push-ups.

It's quite cloudy and a little dark in Nagoya.
And it looks like it's going to start raining prettey soon, but actually
I don't feel it's very cold.
Weather ladies say it will rain from 3 p.m. to late-evening.
They also say there is some possibility of snowfall late in the evening.
Anyway, I have to take an umbrella with me even if it is not raining now.
