Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２２ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

Seven years and two hundred and thirty-four days in a row have passed
since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the third successive day and
more than 12-time push-ups for the forty-seventh straight day.

It's still hot whether or not I cry and scream.TT
I don't feel like doing anything.
I'm getting more and more negative.
I'm sure the full blame is put on this persistent deadly scorching heat
and those persistent callous people.
The common condition of the two is STIFLING.
