It has been seven years and two hundred and thirty-five days in a row
since I shook off my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 12-time push-ups for the forty-eighth consecutive
day including the latest four days of 22 times of them.
It's still very hot.....too hot, and I've really been fed up with summer heat.
Now I've been very afraid that my legs have been rusty and my muscle of the
low back has been weakened because I have continued to avoid doing walking
for a very long time due mainly to this deadly scorching heat.
I really want to resume walking to prevent my low back pain.
I'm wondering if I should push myself a little.
