I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen
years and two hundred and sixty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep above 9-time push-ups for a
straight year including the most recent six days
of 26-time push-ups.

After the very heavy rain last night, it is now
cloudy in Nagoya with the current temperature of
28.3 degrees, down 2 degrees from the same time
yesterday.
However, I feel that it is really muggy, which I
guess is a sign of the typhoon #10 approaching.
I have noticed that almost half of the leaves of
the cherry trees in a park on my way to and from
my workplace have changed their color from green to
yellow, which I am sure is also a sign of autumn
drawing nearer and nearer.
