I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and one hundred and eighty-five days in a row.
I was also able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and thirty-second
successive day including the latest three days of 24 times of them.

It was cloudy in the morning yesterday but sunny later.
I went to Gifu prefecture to enjoy a middle-distance walking.
I walked from JR Tajimi Station to Tokishi Station, which took about one hour
and 45 minutes of walking time.
I followed Prefectural Road 385 along the Toki River.
I really enjoyed the great view of the river while walking.
I hope to go to the next station in the future.....if conditions prevail.
