Four years and 192 days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep over 19-time push-ups for the twenty-seventh straight day
including the most recent six days of 24 times.
I did a physical exercise of standing on one foot for 10 minutes each for the
first time in three days.
It was raining just a little bit on my way to the workplace in the morning, and
now it's stopped.
I'm planning another middle-distance walking in the very near future but actually
I'm a little afraid that weather will not permit.
Anyway I have to make a plan.
