jogging on the spot ：０ minutes
It has been four years and 175 days in a row since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep over 19-time push-ups for the tenth straight day including the
mose recent four days of 23 times.
It's cloudy but it doesn't look like it's going to start raining.
I remember the rainy season started around May 22nd two years ago and May 27th
last year, but actually this year's rainy season is yet to come.
Anyway, I hope to experience a normal rainy season and summer....once in a while.
