It has been four years and 186 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fifteenth consecutive day and
over 19-time push-ups for the twenty-first successive day.
I feel it's rather humid and cloudy.
I think again Japan's four seasons give my brain massive exposure of stimulus
of cold, cool, warm and hot.
....Well, so,...maybe I have to enjoy these seasonal changes...＾＾；；；
