TSUBAME 2.5 での SDPARA

TSUBAME 2.5 にはいろいろな種類のコンパイラや MPI 等がインストールされているが、現在は以下を使用している。

Intel Compiler 13.0.0
MPI mvapich 1.8.1
CUDA 5.0

> icc -v
icc version 13.0.0 (gcc version 4.3.0 compatibility)

> mpicc -v
mpicc for MVAPICH2 version 1.8.1
icc version 13.0.0 (gcc version 4.3.0 compatibility)
