I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and three days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the eleventh consecutive day and
over 14-time push-ups for the fifty-fourth successive day.
It was greatly sunny in the morning while I was riding my bike on the way
to the workplace, but actually now it's cloudy a little.
I feel today's cold is not so severe, or rather it's warm with the predicted
highest temperature of as high as 14 degrees.
Which means I may not need to wear a winter coat during the day.
