jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 223 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the thirteenth successive day
including the latest eight days of 19 times of them.

At last, the rainy season front disappeared yesterday and weather officials announced
the declaration of the end of this year's rainy season in Nagoya yesterday.
Instead, this year's full-fledged scorching heat has begun attacking me.
Well, I have to survive, anyway, let's survive this summer, first.
Everything will begin after that.
