I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven years
and two hundred and sixty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and two hundred and fifty-first consecutive
day including the latest nine days of 20-time push-up.

Although the typhoon #11 is forecast to turn to the
north, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya.
I have felt tired after doing a walking with the
temperature of about 31 degrees.
But actually, I feel this scorching summer heat is
bearable maybe because the heat is just lingering heat.
Even so, I have to take plenty of liquid.
