I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and one
hundred and eighty-two days in a row.
Because of the very severe low back pain, I didn't do any physical exercises
such as push-ups, walking, standing-on-one-foot stretching-out exercises
and jogging-on-the-spot.
The pain is so acute that I took Rokisonin three times a day.
I really hope that the pain will disappear as soon as possible.
And I would very much like to do something as a get-well gift by myself.
