Push-ups ：２４ times
Walking ：５０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been eleven years and thirty-seven days in a
row since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the twelfth
straight day and over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and twenty-first consecutive day.

It is normally sunny in Nagoya, but actually I do
not feel too good, because, very unfortunately, I
have got a low back pain, which is in a slight degree.
So, I have decided to decrease the amount of exercise.
By any measure, this winter is very cold.
I felt the wind was colder today than snowy yesterday.
