Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：１５ minutes


I have been able to be an non-smoker for eleven years
and one hundred and eighty-five days in a row.
I had to decrease the number of push-ups by four times
to 20 times yesterday since I felt my body was so heavy.
But I kept at least 10-time push-ups for the two years
and one hundred and sixty-ninth straight day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is very beautifully
sunny in Nagoya and there were perfectly no clouds in
the blue skies while I was riding my bike on my way to
the workplace this morning.
However, weather ladies say that the weather is going
to take a turn for the worse.
Finally, this year's rainy season in Nagoya may begin.
