I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and two hundred and eighty-nine days in a row.
I was also able to keep 21-time push-ups for the seventh successive day
and moe than 14-time push-ups for the fifteenth straight day.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya and I can enjoy plenty of sunlight.
Yesterday, I did a middle-distance walking from JR Kuwana station to
JR Tomida station along Route One, which took about 90 minutes of walking
time and about 50 mintes of break time at a Mac restaurant.
I was aware that I was unprepared for such a walking, but I had second thought.
That is, I should use this walking as part of preparation for a planned
long-distance walking in the near future, so, I did it.
