I tried increasing the number of push-ups by four times to 30 times yesterday, and kept
over-25-time push-ups for the third straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 360 days in a row.
Just like weahter forecasts said, it's very very very cold in Nagoya with the lowest
temperature of 1.5 degrees, and now it's around 5 degrees.
It's like one of the typically mid-winter coldest days.
This year's cold must be abnormal.....
I must feel this winter is the longest in my life.＾＾；
