Walking：４０＋４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Four years and 318 days in a row have passed since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I haven't done push-ups for four days in a row and I'm wondering if it's
time that I should try resuming them.

It's been sunny in Nagoya and we have enjoyed autumnally crisp weather for a long time.
I think low humidity makes us feel comfortable.
I've notied that the color of leaves of cherry trees on my way to the workplace
is steadily turning reddish.
I don't know if it's because of global warming that this fall is relatively-
warm, but indeed, I've felt so far that it's warmer than usual.
