Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes


Eleven years and one hundred and seven days in a row
have passed since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twentieth
consecutive day and more than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and ninety-first successive day.

I must have been lucky because it was not raining
while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace
this morning and actually it is now raining.
But I will have to change my schedule due to the rain.
Anyway, finally, some of the cherry blossom buds have
begun blooming and they will be in full bloom in a week.
