Daily Routine

Push-ups ：１９ times
Walking ：４７ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２０ minutes

Seven years and one hundred and seventy-seven days in a row have passed
since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 19-time push-ups for the seventh successive day and
over 9-time push-ups for the one year and twenty-fourth straight day.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya, but unlike winter sunny days, I cannot
enjoy seeing beautiful mountains in the far distance.
I planned to do a middle-distance walking today but actually I feel
it's a little too hot to do so, I'm afraid.
Anyway, I'd like to redo a plan to do a walking and I hope to go to a
place that I'm not familiar with in other prefecture just for a change.
