Nine years and one hundred and forty-four days in a row have passed
since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and
twenty-eighth successive day including the latest twenty-two days of
20-time push-ups.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny today in Nagoya and it is a very
nice day with moderate humidity and crisp sunlight.
Anyway, I feel that this year's April in Nagoya was surely pretty cold.
I stopped wearing a pair of underdrawers and a winter jacket today, which
means that I had been wearing them until yesteray.
I really hope our daily life will return to normal as soon as possible.
