Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been twelve years and one hundred and sixty-three
days in a row since I was able to rid myself of my
smoking habit.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by four
times to 24 times, and kept over 9-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundred and forty-seventh straight
day.

It is mostly sunny with plenty of sunlight in Nagoya today
and actually, I feel that it is pretty hot.
The current temperature is already over 24 degrees, which
is a little higher than the same time yesterday.
I have started using an electric fan today, and I may as
well give a test run to the air conditioner in my office.
