I could successfully increased the number of push-ups by only one time again to 28
times, and kept over-25-time push-ups for the fourth straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 332 days in a row.
It's actually milder than yesterday but quite cloudy just like it's going to start
raining pretty soon as weather forecasts said.
I've noticed that the lint just in front of me from Hibun-sho has got a little
bigger than before, I'm afraid.
Anyway because of no remedy, I have no choice but to wait for natural healing.
