I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and three hundred and eighteen days in a row.
I summoned up the courage to increase the number of
push-ups by one time to 24 times and kept greater than
9-time push-ups for the fifty-seventh straight day.

It is super-beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are
completely no clouds in the blue skies.

the lowest temperatue of 9.6 degrees, which, weather
ladies say, was caused by radiative cooling.
I have noticed that rice feilds are now solid gold.
