Walking: 40 minutes
Standing with one leg :9 minutes each
Cigarettes:0
For the first time in a very very very long time, I did 35-time push-ups yesterday, up one time
from the previous record, and kept over-30-time push-ups for the third straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 230 days in a row.
It's so hot and humid just like scorching heat that it must be dangerous to go out and do
walking or other physical exercises.
I'm wondering if I should go to a cafe to spend in a cool place with an air conditioner.
Anyway I need a break in many ways.
