Daily Routine

Push-ups：１３ times
Walking：４０＋４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in keeping myself from smoking for five years and sixty days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 13 times,
and I hope to keep this level for some time until spring.

It's beautifully sunny again in Nagoya and I can see mountains clearly in the distance.
I went to a dentist's office yesterday and he said my upper back tooth on the left
has been broken inside the metal cover and that it will have to be pulled away.
And then the tooth will be covered again together with the teeth on both sides
of the broken tooth.
Anyway, I have no choice but to pray for my speedy and complete recovery.
