I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 196 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 12-time push-ups for the tenth consecutive day
including the latest two days of 16 times of them.
It's very cloudy and, as is often the case with Nagoya, very muggy today.
While riding the bike on my way to the workplce, I felt I was getting sweaty.
And now, though I am using an electric fan, I feel it pretty humid.
Anyway, today again I had better do a short-distance walking since weather
forecasts say it'll be rainy late in the evening and all day tomorrow.
