I have been able to do without smoking for twelve
years and three hundred and sixty-three days in a
row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by
one time from the previous record to 21 times, and
kept more than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred
second successive day.

Completely unlike yesterday, when it was quite
overcast all day, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya
and today again there are no clouds in the blue sky.
As is often the case with the way to my workplace,
today again I was almost killed by a heinous driver,
who sideswiped and nearly involved my bike.
The era of autonomous driving has to come NOW.
